* You can use our form to register up to five people from your organization. *If you have more than 5 you will have to register them separately. * We use PayPal to process payments but you can also select to pay by check. We ask that payments be received by October 18th for the early bird rate. * We will have to create an invoice for you manually and email it to you if you are mailing a check * Cancellations are not refundable after October 30th.
